Nowadays, many automation equipments choose safety sliding contact wire as power supply line, but in the process of operation, curved arc is needed. So, what should we pay attention to when making arc sliding contact wire?

1.一般來說自動化設(shè)備功率不大，所以采用載流量比較小的滑觸線，比如管式安全滑觸線或者是400A以下單極安全滑觸線。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場環(huán)境和載流量的不同可以選擇不同的型號。

1. Generally speaking, the power of automation equipment is not very high, so the slippery contact wire with relatively small carrying capacity, such as the tubular safety contact wire or the unipolar safety contact wire below 400A, is adopted. Different models can be selected according to the different field environment and carrying capacity.

2.聚氯乙烯外殼安全滑觸線可以制作成弧形滑觸線，但是金屬外殼滑觸線一般不建議制作成彎弧滑觸線。

3.為了實現(xiàn)集電器更順暢的運行，滑觸線半徑需要大于1.5米。
